Thank you for shopping with Splish Splash Luxurious Bath. We aim to ensure our customers are always satisfied with their order. We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING METHODS & PROCESSING TIMES
Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options, including:
          Standard Shipping - estimated delivery: 4-6 business days (average shipping & handling: 9-11 business days)
         Expedited Shipping - estimated delivery: 1-2 business days (average shipping & handling: 6-7 business days)
Please note that the delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. You will be able to review the shipping cost before completing your purchase.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
          Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska), Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada.
          Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please immediately contact our customer service team at customerservice@slishsplash.store to make any necessary changes prior to your order being shipped.

SECTION 4 - DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
          Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please immediately contact our customer service team at customerservice@splishsplash.store. Please include your order details and photos of the damage. We will assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier and provide you with the best solution, such as a replacement, refund or store credit, as appropriate.
*Please be aware that we package items as securely as possible but minimal dents/scuffing can be possible during shipping.
          Lost Shipments: If you believe your order is lost, please immediately contact our customer service team at customerservice@slishsplash.store. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If your package is confirmed as lost, we will assist in arranging a replacement, refund or store credit, as appropriate.

SECTION 5 - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
          Damaged or Defective Items: If your product is damaged or defective (e.g., cracked or broken), please immediately contact our customer service team at customerservice@splishsplash.store. Please include your order details and photos of the damage or defect. Rest assured that we’ll do all that we can to provide the best solution, such as a replacement, refund or store credit, as appropriate.

SECTION 6 - ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order’s status. You can also track your order by logging into your customer account on our website.

SECTION 7 - ORDER ISSUES
If you experience any issues with your order, including missing items, incorrect items, or delayed shipments, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at customerservice@slishsplash.store. We will do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

SECTION 8 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (for Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands)
For shipments to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, please be aware that you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import fees upon receipt of the package. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information on applicable fees.

SECTION 9 - SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the value of the order or the shipping method selected. If a signature is required, the carrier will leave a notice with further instructions for rescheduling delivery.
